Marbre de Carrare et feuille d’or

Marbre dont la surface a été travaillée par M. Lizarelli, fils du célèbre marbrier de Marc Chagall.

Découpé au jet d’eau d’une puissance de 5000 bars, puis travaillé à la feuille d’or, on retrouve ici le dessin de la pomme « tirée » par l’oiseau, sorte de désir d’élévation de la matière.

Piece of marble with surface worked by Mr Lizarelli, son of the famous Marc Chagall’s marble worker.

Inside was very precisely hollowed out thanks to a water jet cutting machine powered with 5000 bars.

Here is the apple figure “pulled out” by the bird, kind of an elevation desire of the matter.
